Rock collector looking for farmland or exposed gravel rock property!

I am looking for farm/land owners (MN and WI) that have seasonally tilled farm land (preferred) or large areas of exposed gravel (river rock) property for rock hounding/hobby purposes. I offer traditionally $3-5 per acre to start but will pay up to $35+ per acre for certain properties that show good deposits/results and or are located in prime glacially deposited regions.
I am happy to pay the agreed upon fee upfront and in full (cash, check, Venmo) for the opportunity to walk the property at the land owners discretion come spring.
