new face-lift on interior, roof has been recoated in fall of 2024, (not including bumpout roof) no water damage marks inside.
-set of bunk beds, bottom bunk opens up to storage area also accessible from rear of camper
-new flooring throughout camper besides bathroom (still good condition)
-repainted walls and ceilings
-repainted cabinets
-couple outlets in bedroom and some exterior lights do not work, may be just bulbs?
-ac worked as of last fall
-we never used the heater unknown if works
-microwave, fridge and freezer all work great
-we never used the stove, unknown if works
-new pet screens on screen door, also 1 bunk window is cracked, but still keeps out the elements, doesn't effect functionality of camper.
-we never used water, but previous owners used water and toilet. Unknown if still works.
-working radio!!
