Extremely well built piece of exercise equipment, with built in fan, blood pressure monitor, speaker and a several levels of on screen workout levels available. The wheel action and strides are very smooth and has auto shut-off after workouts. Due to recent surgery, I can no longer use this great hip/thigh/cardio machine .Because the elliptical is well built, the 160lbs requires two people to disassemble (screwdriver & adjustable wrench) into 3 pieces and carry from my basement office out the front door without scratching up floors or walls…thus selling at a low price of $45. A detailed manual and pad comes with it; manual can also be found on-line. The pics show the machine is in Excellent shape, well cared for, needing new home.
