I'm hoping to rent a private room, prefer something that's not right in town and that has a private bathroom if possible. House I've been living in for the past 2 years was month-to-month and is now being sold so I have to move out ASAP but don't really have the money for my own place. I would be happy to trade some house or yard work in exchange for a rental discount if that works for anybody, thank you!
