ISO a winter rental (Anytown)

Two older folks staying in MN for the winter looking for a studio or 1bdrm mid Oct-Mid May. Furnished would be ideal. Fairly flexible on location- I work in Minneapolis area occasionally as well as Duluth. We’re not picky - we’re used to small spaces as we live in an RV in the summers and spent last winter in a small cabin. Open to western WI as well. We’re quiet, keep to ourselves, keep things clean/tidy , no pets, and have references
