I'm looking to rent a place with one or more bedrooms. Prefer something outside of brainerd. Within a 20 minute drive. I'm currently in the works of buying a home, seller issues. I have great credit and a great paying job. I'm clean, no drugs and no criminal record. I don't mind helping out on the property or having a property up keep. I am very knowledgeable and skillful.
