Rent covers all utilities electric, heating, cable TV, internet and trash removal I am a 65 yr old M DOM was married 35 wonderful years and am tired of living alone. Work part time just to get out. Just put down new carpeting. Have camp fires, use the hammock or swing, sit by the lake and listen to nature, enjoy the screened enclosure for bug free days and nights, grill if thats your thang. I love walking, love music, love nature :) Only thing in life I can control is my word, the rest is out of my hands.
Single mom with children can be accommodated, as I have the home under construction not baby proofed lol
2 - 3 single Females would be 350 for all you figure out the split :) Share my bedroom and /or my brothers
Losing 1/2 the homes income and surviving on Social security wasn't cutting it so just looking to lessen my financial strain while getting a roommate or 3 to fill the days. Trolls - timewasters - dreamers - sick fantasy folks - fakes - scammers - Liars or those who live life thru disception or manipulation and 1/2 truths ALL NOT WELCOME!!! Decent, honest, good soul type will fit in well. Text or email I wont answer the phone til I know who is calling and no voice mail as I get many trolls lol This weather for fall is great I am going to pack my back pack and hit the Paul bunyan trail a lot this next week :)
