Looking to buy land (Brainerd)

Our family is looking to buy mostly wooded land within 30 mins of Brainerd lakes. Anywhere from 20 acres or more. We are looking for the land to have pine trees preferably. Pillager, Pequot Lakes, Nisswa, or Brainerd Area.
Let me know if you have any land you are willing to sell.
We would also consider a farm or a home with land.
We would consider fields as long as there is some wooded as well.
Willing to do contract for deed if you don't want to absorb taxes of selling your extra land or we can just pay CASH.
