MENARDS MANAGER TRAINEE (BAXTER)

The Menards in Baxter is looking to hire Manager Trainees to help our company GROW!

This program is an entry level management program preparing you to catapult your career in Retail Management with the midwests largest home improvement center - Menards. Manager Trainees participate in a comprehensive 3 month on the job training program at our Baxter location. The trainees rotate through five departments at the store learning on the job the skills required to be a succesfull manager.

Upon successful completion of the program Manager Trainees will interview for Management openings in our company and move on to the first step in their career as an Assitant Department Manager!

Skills/Requirements:
*Bachelors degree in a business related field.
*Sales oriented & self motivated.
*Able to relocate for advancement opportunities and to help Menards grow.
*Able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
*Superior Guest Service skills to deal tactfully with guests and fellow team members.

These Team Members are normally required to work 42-50 hours per week. Menards is a drug free workplace. To apply please stop in to our Baxter location.

Don't have a degree? No problem! If you have 4 years of post-high school work experience, you can be on the fast track with our non-degreed manager training program! This follows the same course of action to management.
