Its a 71 t0 74 1510 IH 1 1/2 ton
345 engine, running,
Either the tranny or clutch assembly are bound up. It could be jammed up in the PTO output. I had to take off drive shaft to move it.
Flatbed doesn't go with it. 2 flats. I have spare rims I need to hunt up.
