Pressroom Supervisor (Print Production) – 1st Shift

Sheridan MN is seeking a Pressroom Supervisor to lead daily production operions, ensuring high-quality output, efficient workflows, and on-time delivery. This role is responsible for overseeing pressroom staff, driving performance, and maintaining production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Wh You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise pressroom operions to meet production, quality, and delivery goals.
• Manage and support production staff, including scheduling and performance oversight.
• Monitor workflow, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
• Partner with maintenance and operions teams to minimize downtime.
• Analyze production da to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Communice regularly with leadership on performance, staffing, and operional needs.

Wh We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership, communicion, and organizional skills.
• Experience managing schedules, production flow, and team performance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in printing, pressroom operions, or similar equipment environments.
• Background in graphic arts, technical training, or reled field.
