We are a family-owned job shop located in Brainerd Industrial Park. We specialize in piece parts for the packaging industry. We are looking for a punctual self-motivated hard-working CNC machinist who is motivated to work in a fast paced environment and who understands the machining process start to finish, including setups and programming for CNC milling and turning centers.

We offer a safe work environment, lively atmosphere and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Make programming changes to improve quality and productivity
Direct the setup of machines
Create programs with HURCO mill and Okuma Lathe controls
Design, test and program piece parts on CNC machines
Create and execute cutting strategies for CNC machines
Manual machining
Perform other duties as required

This is a full time position offering competitive pay and a chance to work in a fun and exciting environment. We prefer someone with a 2 year degree in machine tool Technology and 3 years of CNC programming/machining experience, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
