2008 BMW R1200RT – Best Offer
Selling a 2008 BMW R1200RT touring bike with 100,000+ miles. The bike was ridden regularly until about a year ago and has been in storage since.
Before being parked, it ran great and completed a ride from Las Vegas to Minnesota with no issues. A very comfortable ride even for someone not used to long rides. About $1,500 was recently put into replacing the front fork seals shortly before storage.
When parked everything worked perfect. Heated grips, heated seats, power windshield, adjustable power suspension. No smoke and no leaks. The bike has been a joy to ride, handling is amazing!
Because it has been sitting, it may need some basic recommissioning before regular riding again, but it was a solid running bike when parked.
