We are seeking a reliable, local caretaker to help manage and look after our cabin in the **Enchanted Lake / Lake Alexander area**. This is a flexible, part-time role paid on a per-job basis. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* **Property Check-ins:** Regularly visit and monitor the house to ensure everything is secure and in working order.
* **Animal Care:** Feed and check on our animals during visits.
* **Light Cleaning:** Keep the cabin tidy and prepare it for guests or renters as needed.
* **Contractor Coordination:** Meet service contractors on-site and let them into the property.
* **Renter Showings:** Walk prospective renters through the cabin and answer basic questions.
### **What We Are Looking For:**
* **Security Savvy:** Must know how to operate and use **home alarm systems and security cameras**.
* **Customer Service Experience:** Friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with potential renters.
* **Reliability:** Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
* **Flexibility:** Ability to respond and assist on relatively short notice when needed.
* **Location:** Must live near or be easily able to commute to the Enchanted Lake/Lake Alexander area (56443).
