Reps take 6-8 simple photos and fill out a Quick Form on a mobile app to report back to the Clients the occupancy status of the properties.
PAY IS PER inspection/photos HIGH VOLUME AREA (BRAINERD/BAXTER) $8.00+ per inspection. (on UP) PER outside area pending the volume
YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THE RATIO OF HIGH VOLUME AND EFFICIENCY EQUALS MAKING GOOD MONEY!!
Requirements

This job involves driving , so a reliable and fuel-efficient auto is recommended.
Strong mapping and directional skills
Computer/Printer and reliable internet connection
