We are seeking a full-time Property Maintenance Handyman to join our small maintenance team in Brainerd. This role involves general repairs and upkeep across residential homes, commercial buildings, and mixed-use properties. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, is willing to travel frequently between sites, and is eager to learn through on-the-job training in a year-round position.
Responsibilities:
-Perform general repairs and property upkeep
-Troubleshoot maintenance issues across various property types
-Interact professionally with customers on-site
-Travel frequently between service locations
-Collaborate with the small maintenance team as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
-Entry-level experience in property maintenance
-Basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair skills
-Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
