We’re looking for a true mechanic—not just a parts changer.
We hiring an experienced, hands-on technician who knows how to diagnose and repair vehicles the old-school way: by sound, feel, and real mechanical understanding—not just plugging into a scanner.
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose drivability issues without over-reliance on computers
Work on a mix of older vehicles, classics, and everyday drivers
Perform engine work, timing, carburetor tuning, and mechanical repairs
Troubleshoot problems others can’t figure out
Maintain quality workmanship—no rushed, flat-rate shortcuts
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of real-world mechanical experience (or equivalent skill level)
Strong knowledge of older systems (carburetors, distributors, manual timing)
Ability to diagnose by instinct and experience
Pride in craftsmanship and doing the job right
Someone who prefers fixing things over replacing parts blindly
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly pay or salary (no flat-rate pressure)
Flexible schedule options
Clean, well-equipped shop
Respect for your experience and autonomy
Steady workflow with interesting jobs—not just repetitive maintenance
Bonus If You Have:
Experience with classic or vintage vehicles
Engine rebuild or machine work background
Electrical troubleshooting skills
Who This Is NOT For:
Entry-level techs
Anyone who relies solely on diagnostic computers
Flat-rate-only mindset
If you’re the kind of mechanic people call when nobody else can figure it out, we want to talk.
