• Selling my working vintage beauty salon chair hydraulic base in very good condition
• Lovely Cobalt Blue Porcelain over Cast Iron Base
• Manufactured by Belvedere Products, Inc. of Belvedere, Illinois
• Hydraulics work well (see video)
• Very solid, substantial unit
• The original seat was discarded as the seat acrylics became brittle
• Belvedere Products is still in business so it may even be possible to obtain a replacement seat from them if you wish to restore this high-quality piece of history. Easy enough to adapt a seat of your choice to the mounting seat bracket, however. I have shown a boat seat (not included) attached to the hydraulic base in the first pic as an example.
• For many hunting seasons I regularly used this salon chair in my deer stand. It was the BEST for hunting as you can quietly raise and lower the seat height, plus it silently swivels around 360 degrees. I also had a custom platform attached to the foot rest which held a propane heater on it that aimed my direction no matter which way I spun the seat. I will include the heater platform for free.
