Great for farrier, vaccinations & deworming. Loads and travels amazing.
Well broke, then sat for 4 years between prior home and myself. Kids have ridden her bareback up from the field, will need more consistent riding to get back "into the saddle". Not a whole lot phases this girl.
Low in pecking order, gets along with all other horses. Our other mare chases her and makes life hard for her- Only reason for placing. We like her, but I don't really want to have a horse that gets pushed around. Stays in one strand fencing. Loads/unloads. Easy to catch. Stands tied. Has been with goats and did well with them.
Great cheap companion horse or bring her home, get some hours put on her and let the kids learn on her.
FCFS will only hold with half down. No "test rides". If she's here much longer and I can find time to tune her up myself price will be adjusted accordingly (have you SEEN the price of tuned up older horses?)

Update-
Experienced riders have been using her as a spare this summer. She seemed to do good for them, they had no complaints. Saddled, cinched up, took bit no issues. This mare won't take long at all to get going for kids or anyone else for that matter.
