The sofa is in fair condition. Some of the leather is wearing off. We have cushion and armrest covers because of this but the tops of the back cushions still show the wear. You will notice it if you zoom in on the pictures.
The cushions and pillows are very comfortable. The only issue is the peeling leather.
The mattress is serviceable and has not been used many times. It is closer to a queen than a full size.
It is about 86” wide, 40” deep and when the bed is pulled out about 90” deep.
