Beautiful perfect genuine 8 foot Balsam Hill Fraser Fir - original owner - "Most Realistic" - UN-LIT - (no lights) used 2 seasons, pristine like new condition, stored indoors, shown with blue decors NOT included. Was $1159 new, asking $525 or best offer. We have several trees and need to down size. Available now.
