I own a nice section of harbor shoreline on Mille Lacs and currently there are two straight docks available for spring.
I provide harbor, docks, and power at the docks to keep batteries charged and for your lift if needed. You could tie a boat to the dock or bring a lift. A lift would be best. (4 spots available for boat lifts)
Lifts and dock stay in year round so no fees to take lift out or set in spring.
I have 2 permanent docks in a quiet harbor and have space for 4 lifts. Lifts are left in year round in the harbor so it’s super nice to not pay to put in and take lift out yearly.
$4000 per spot/lift per year.
