Lifts and dock stay in year round so no fees to take lift out or set in spring.
I own a nice section of harbor shoreline on Mille Lacs and currently there are two spots available for spring.
I have a permanent dock in a quiet harbor and have space for two lifts. Lifts are left in year round in the harbor so it’s super nice to not pay to put in and take lift out yearly.
$4000 per spot per year.
