Purchased by my grandfather on June 13, 1927 in NYC at the ticker tape parade on Broadway honoring Lindburgh's trans-Atlantic flight. The parade was held a few weeks after his return and this was one of the souvenirs fans bought to show their pride.
This item has never left the family since that day and has mostly been in storage for almost 99 years.
