I have lowered the price by $1000 on this nicely Refurbished 2002 22' NORTHWOODS ESCAPADE FISH and CRUISE Rear Entry Pontoon Boat with a great running 2004 60 HP MERCURY EFI 4-STROKE Motor on it that is in Excellent Condition inside and out. My guys installed a New Deluxe Luxury Reclining Captain's Chair with Arm Rests on a New Sliding Pedestal as well as a New Luxury Big L-Shaped Sofa this spring and they just put 4 Brand New Fishing Seats in it so it now has all new furniture in it. There is a Rear Entry with a Swim Ladder attached onto the back deck. It has a very good MinnKota Power Anchor on the front deck (an $800 value.) My guys installed a New Marine Stereo and New Depth Finder and put all New LED Lights on it. They also put a New $100 Premier Steering Wheel on the Console and put a New Table on it. It has a very good Bimini Top on it; but does not come with a mooring cover. The deck is very solid and in very condition because it was made with marine grade plywood and the carpet is in very good condition. Both pontoons are in very condition. They recently were pressure tested and they do not have any leaks in them. The railing is also in very good condition all the way around. It is currently registered in Minnesota and has a clear MN Title in my name.

It comes with a great running 2004 60 HP MERCURY EFI 4-STROKE Motor with Power Trim and Tilt on it that starts right up and runs exceptionally well. All of the EFI 4-Stroke Motors are widely known to be the best outboard motors ever made. They are much quicker and easier to start, run a lot quieter, smoother and cleaner and get much better gas mileage than the older carbureted 2-stroke and 4-stroke motors. The EFI outboard motors do not have chokes (that often flood engines) and they don't have any carburetors, which frequently get fouled up and dirty over the years. Cleaning and rebuilding carburetors have been one of the most common and expensive repair costs for many used outboard motors for many years. This motor was recently checked out, tuned up, serviced and winterized by my Marine Mechanic. He just changed the oil filter and motor oil were as well as the grease in the lower unit. This boat and motor were in use during the summer and fall and it was starting right up and running very well all season long. It was recently driven all around a large lake and to a boat landing where it was loaded up and taken out for the season. We put a new battery in it in May.

You can now buy it now without a trailer for $14,900 or you can buy it with a brand new 2024 dual axle bunk or scissors trailer for $18,000. Or I can deliver it if you don't want to buy a trailer. I paid to have it winterized and shrink wrapped; but I can easily cut thru the wrapping around a side gate so you can go inside to look around, and then I can store it by my shop until spring for free. You can look at it anytime, including evenings and weekends, if I know when to meet you by my shop in Remer.
