1989 Long shaft Mercury 9.9hp, 2 stroke, remote control outboard (not a tiller, can be converted). Motor runs good and has Electric start. Currently not mounted on a boat. I do have it mounted on wood dolly and can start it up for serious buyer. I used it as a kicker motor on a lund 17ft pro sport boat and worked great. Comes with controls (either inside mount or outside mount) and cables.
