Removed from former residence in hopes of using but was too large for my current kitchen.Clean and works like new, lightly used and cleaned/de greased. Over all one of the top of the line exhaust fans on the market. Comes with a 12" extension. Requires a 10" vent and equipped with adapter. In some cases a air return is also needed so check local codes or the Vent a Hood dealer for specs. Their website has many You-tube videos on maintenance and installation. There is also a LED conversion kit for this unit at a reasonable price. It's currently Halogen. New these units run in the $3500 to $4500 price point.
