I am looking for a strong, fit, stable, alert, aware, intuitive person to join me on my hobby farm and enjoy life here. Most important is an easy-going, calm, with a logical, intelligent and nature oriented mind, with empathy, ability to problem solve, with good communication and strong interpersonal skills. Someone positive, organized, keeps home in clean condition, with a well-mannered temper who is very comfortable around animals. Also able to build or repair basic structures, learn how to do property fixes as needed unless a professional is the only answer. Able to carry, or haul 50# feed bags, etc, and do coop repair on structure or clean out and so on. Must be KIND TO ANIMALS.
2 positions in one (OR JUST FARM HELP. I currently have a PT PCA & have about 20 extra hours of paid PCA work available to offer you only if you want the work)
Seek PCA for about 20 hrs per week, or up to 40+ hrs per week (my PCA can be transferred to another patient if you want full time work here, plus the farm work) must apply for and be hired by a PCA company to be paid. PCA duties are mostly cleaning, sorting, organizing, very little personal care or help needed for patient.
FARM/PROPERTY MANAGER:
Seek farm and property manager to work 10 hrs per week plus 1-2 animal feedings 1-2 a day to receive well over half off monthly rate $600. Have your own private one bedroom, 1 full bathroom Cabin including a large, inviting screened in 3 season porch that runs the length of your cabin, and your own yard area. It would feel like your own home. You can enjoy sections on the land dedicated to your use for gardening, swing set, etc. as desired. Tasks include animal feedings, general repairs and upkeep, basic power tool use on occasion. 8+ Acre, well wooded, private, quiet hobby farm.
Non-smoking property. Owner lives in own private residence on same property. Each dwelling has their own propane tank.
Rate includes water (well), driveway snow plowing, trash, lawn care.
Not included: Electric, Propane, or WiFi.
Age, race, gender open- must have ability to complete tasks daily, timely, and reliably.
This property is used as a Healing Farm by providing gentle care via animal therapy to people of all ages and varied abilities on a limited basis. The person for this job does not have to partake in the occasional volunteer activities but must be safe, prudent, reasonable and represent a POSITIVE pleasant demeanor to others on property and will receive the same.

**Laundry can be hung out to dry in warmer seasons.
